New carpet and new toilets were just installed. The home has a finished addition with insulation and new metal roofing.
Our preference is to sell the home to someone that will be a great resident in our community. We can do seller financing (similar to rent to own).
However, we are open to the possibility of renting the home.
Seller financing terms are very reasonable. By the time you pay for the home and for lot rent you’d be paying just a little more than you would if you were renting from us.
The benefit to you is that after a few years you’ll own a home and won’t have to make any payments on it. You’ll still be responsible for other things, such as lot rent, utilities, taxes and insurance on your home.
